An art space that opened its doors in March 2014, thus continuing its cultural work at the service of the city, but that remains closed for a few months.
Strategically located in the centre of Malaga, the building is an emblem closely linked to the Cathedral. It has several floors and a private garden, and dates back to the 18th century under the financing of Bishop José Franquis Lasso in 1762.
The transfer of the Episcopal Palace Malaga Art Center is held by the Unicaja Foundation, which starts up the space again with the premiere of the collection by the painter Sorolla.
One of the great references of art in Spain in the Episcopal Palace of Malaga from 21 October 2019 to the delight of all Malagueños and visitors to the city.
